THIEN QUAN was established in 2012 and located in industrial park Tra Noc I, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city, Vietnam. In 2015, Thien Quan Joint Stock Company has established a veterinary and aquaculture medicine factory in compliance with the international standard of the World Health Organization- GMP-WHO standard. In 2021, Thien Quan has launched its second factory to expand the ability of production and as the preparation for its 10th year anniversary on 2022.
